Full-Colour Images

Commeleon can produce a variety of promotional items for corporate use. We specialize in photographic reproduction as opposed to traditional silk-screen application of a few colors. As an example, a coffee mug can be made with a single-color silk-screened logo for a couple of dollars. Sublimation-printed mugs typically cost ~$10 each in quantity, but convey a full-color, full-wrap photograph with much higher visual impact. Text and logos can be added to complete the message.

Choices to be Made:

• Tee Shirts

  • Most of tee shirts you see are silk-screened in only 2 or 3 colors. Sublimation printing offers the full gamut of over 16 million colors.
    Fabrics are typically printed at ~ 700DPI resolution. This provides true photographic quality limited only by the fabric weave
     
  • We use high-quality Hanes Soft L'Ink™ tees that are specially designed for sublimation printing. They incorporate a patented dual weave, which place 100% polyester fibers on the outside and 100% cotton on the inside. The polyester absorbs the sublimation inks while the cotton inside is super comfortable against the skin.
    Tees are available in white or ash grey, in adult sizes from small to XXL
     

• Ceramic Mugs

  • While there are a wide variety of mugs available on special order, we typically stock two types - an 11oz. all white and an 11oz. black with white "window" on the side.
    The white mugs can be printed "full wrap" except for a band around the handle. Black "window" mugs present a nicely framed rectangle that focuses attention
     

• Coasters

  • Typically made from 4" tiles backed with cork or felt, photo-printed coasters are an inexpensive choice that retains a high usability factor.
    If you make the image attractive and colorful, people are more likely to retain and use the coaster
     
  • Lower-cost coasters are available in pressboard instead of ceramic.
     

• Other Items

  • A wide variety of sublimation blanks are available, from key chains to presentation awards.
